Returning to his true musical calling, Take One showcases Haverstick's on the fly approach to music. Recorded in a single 'take', the first 15 tracks offer the listener a journey of blues, jazz, funk, folk, and classical styles all intermixed. With almost no post-production editing, this album is a more accurate reproduction of what audiences hear when watching Haverstick play live. Also included are two bonus tracks - full band mixes of 'Big John' and 'High Times', offering listeners a taste of what is to come on the next album.
Released in September, 2005, Solo in SoCo contains 18 tracks all recorded by Scott himself at Trinity Studios. Departing his normal musical style, this album showcases his lighter side, with brief interludes of lightning fast runs and the slap guitar for which he is known.
